No call no show

Don't use these guys last minute. Logan kept reassuring me that I would be fine only to completely no call no show at the last minute. At least tell your customers that you won't be able to make it. Completely unprofessional, will never use this service or recommend it to anyone in the area.

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for all your help over the.

I had an excellent experience with Jtr Movers. They were prompt, friendly, and professional, from the moment I spoke with Arkadi during the initial set up and signing of the contract (yay, digital forms) to the end of the move itself. Vasilii and Alex, the movers, were personable and careful. Despite the move being more time consuming and costly than I had anticipated (it's not easy for anyone to navigate three flights of narrow stairs, let alone those carrying heavy furniture and boxes), I felt enormous relief at having these two capable movers handle my belongings and transport them to my new home. In the end, it was more than worth the cost and as headache-free a move as I've ever experienced. I would highly recommend them!

Don't use these guys they'll steal your money!!

These guys are crooks, don't use them. I booked a job with Shelby on Saturday the 19th for Monday the 21 to move a piano. It was scheduled for 5 to 7 pm for a flat rate of $195.00. Due to unforseen circumstances I was unable to get the piano so I called Shelby Mon morning to cancel the move and asked if there would be a charge. She said she would call me back and never did. That night they charged my card $250.00!! This is more than the delivery charge and for work they didn't have to do and the job was at the end of the day so no one was put out. Since the job was scheduled so soon I had no time to cancel earlier. I've now called Shelby two times and she won't take or return my calls.

Great Movers! Professional, Prompt Careful and Strong!!

My mover called me up the night before I was scheduled to move into my new home and told me he was not available to help me and cancelled my move.
In a panic to find a new mover and I found JTR Enterprises online. Not only did he pick up my call right away and he was able to accommodate me. I was so impressed, these guys are real professional movers. They wrapped all of my furniture, which wasn't done by my original mover and proceeded to get me moved in. They set up all my furniture, put the boxes where I needed them to be and they were totally awesome. I even had them back to move a large armoire for me. Hopefully I will not be moving anytime soon, however JTR Enterprises will be the first call I will make!

Good Job!

I called JTR Enterprises at the last minute to help me out. These guys are probably the hardest working movers. They do amazing work for what they charge. I'll definitely use them again and recommend that you do too. They even helped us move items to storage and found some magical way to stack our items so we didn't have to pay for additional storage. Great Experience !

We arranged a move with JTR Enterprises and I needed movers to move my belongings into the truck and arrange it strategically since we are charged each foot of space. These guys arrived on time and gave me a call, did a great job! I was amazed that 3 thin guys were able to carry our things out quickly. They moved our 3 bedroom home within the allotted time and worked really hard every minute. We have a lot of boxes and they did not drop or scratch anything. They were nice and polite! I would recommend them to my family and friends! Thanks, guys for the great work!

Avoid This Company Scam!!

Takes money upfront and the service becomes super slow. And then you need to pay more and more and more. Shelby especially is a very rude and unprofessional person. Shouting at the customer I think is as low as the service person can drop.

I would love to book them in future again!

I can’t really tell what was so significant in that move but I keep finding myself thinking about it. Maybe it sis because of the perfection that came along with it. It was superbly and professionally done. I bet no other moving company could have done it any better. Kudos to JTR Enterprises for a job well done.
