From where you are dropped, cross the road to other side and then take either a bike or keke to Distance Learning Center. That's the venue of your test.

I know a friend that applied for contiss 8 Admin Officer and was able to download photo are for exam.

Maybe there is glitch in their site. They may probably fix it.

Like our Bosses used to say here; join politics, join the media team of either your Reps or Senator, help them to circulate their activities on social media and always tag them to know your promoting their images. You can also do 100 or 200 card give away on the behalf on social media.
Attend party ward meeting at least once in a month and always speak there.

Then start lobbying them for FG job and you will get it easily. There is no rocket science in this thing.
