I had concerns about my foundation after seeing mortar cracks in between bricks in several areas and hearing loud bangs as temperature was heating and cooling throughout the day. Brandon came out and inspected the areas of concern and used his instruments to take measurements of my house. Thankfully, all was normal for a house in Texas. He also gave helpful hints to maintain the foudation integrity. I was very satisfied and over joyed to hear nothing needed to be done. No charge for the inspection!!

The Urgent Foundation team arrived on a Saturday morning at 7:30. When they left at 8:00 PM that night, everything was done. Property was cleaned up...almost as if they'd never been there. Seventeen piers were installed, including 4 concrete breakouts that were filled and smoothed like new. The crew and manager were polite, professional, and extremely efficient. This is my first encounter with a foundation issue. I would recommend Urgent Foundation for any project...big or small.

After contacting them (Urgent Foundation Repair Comp.) an estimate was made and the work was scheduled for repair. They came out w/in a week and fixed my foundation problem and to my satisfaction. Brandon cares about how repairs are being done. He is conscientious and goes totally out of his way to ensure client satisfaction. He took time out on a holiday weekend, in 100 deg heat, to personally shovel a trailer load of excess soil. To caulk seams around the garage door. Would not leave until everything was taken care of.

On Saturday, 09/16/2017 Greg Spitzer sent 4 men to fix the foundation issues on this property. They worked from 7am to 7pm and fixed all issues with the foundation. I asked them to fill in the mortar around the cracks in about 5 different areas. Julio did everything possible to make me happy with the end result and because of this I would like for you to pass on a “special thanks” to that crew for their efforts. I originally asked Greg to work this foundation issue ASAP and within 2 days the work was done. I was very happy with the results on the customer service end with Greg and the 4 men that did the work. I am a happy customer and want to pass this on……
