The Christie® LA5 line array speaker is the premium solution for flawless audio performance in large, 500+ seat theaters. It combines advanced ribbon driver technology with a unique coaxial articulated line array design to provide greatly enhanced clarity, dramatically reduced distortion and ultra-fast transient response. The extremely low mass of the ribbon drivers allows the Christie LA5 to respond very quickly to signals. This eliminates the effects of high frequency breakup and power compression while enabling extended high frequency response and the accurate reproduction of the original source material.
Featuring very wide horizontal dispersion and highly controlled vertical dispersion patterns, Christie’s screen channel speakers place sound exactly where it is needed, increasing the optimal listening area up to four times greater than conventional cinema audio systems.
