Work Description: Replace my roof and siding with same quality materials
Comments: Took over a month after hiring to get told by Jordan that we are finished.” Have your lawyer contact me”. They bought lower quality metal to replace my premium roofing. My roof is improperly installed and damaged after being worked on multiple times. And there is damage all over my home from JM Pro crew. Work crew messed with my security camera to keep me from seeing my home. Very disappointed in this situation. Quality guaranteed and the 10 year workmanship warranty on all their documents is bogus. Refuses to refund any money at all and is withholding my siding deposit as well. Went without my consent verbal or written to my insurance for more money. When they couldn’t get it from them they wrote a new invoice to take another 2 thousand from me when I don’t have a single service I hired them for completed. I was never notified about any price changes for the product. Which alone breaks the contract. I would be in much better shape if I never hired these guys.-
