Faculty & Staff
North Shore Nursery School faculty & staff are qualified, experienced, and devoted to their work. Their daily practice focuses on the whole child and aims to support each child at their various stages of early childhood development.
Our school has a healthy record of retaining faculty and many have been teaching at NSNS for more than 10 years. Each of our six Co-Lead Teachers holds a Master’s degree in Education. Through our strong commitment to ongoing professional development and an emphasis on developmentally appropriate and inclusive practices, we celebrate the unique talents and interests of our faculty by supporting their dedication to professional growth.

Administrative Staff
The Administrative Staff at NSNS comprises the Director of Enrollment, the Director of the School, the Business Manager, and the Marketing Coordinator. Our staff works as a team to meet the needs of incoming families, current families, and alumni families. The NSNS Director serves on the NSNS Board of Trustees as a liaison to the Faculty and Staff. NSNS Administrative Staff is involved in the daily operations of the school, including drop-offs/pick-ups, fielding inquiries, touring, managing school wide projects, and ensuring the days run smoothly. Our Marketing Coordinator works part time, off-site, in conjunction with the Administrative Staff to promote school-wide initiatives from our school to the wider community.
