DentalVibe conceals local anesthetic injections with gentle vibrations, preventing you from feeling the discomfort or pain you expect. The vibrations also allow the anesthetic to spread more quickly, numbing your mouth faster.
DENTAPEN
All of our dentists use Dentapen applicators, which gently and steadily deliver local anesthesia to significantly reduce the usual discomfort of this procedure. You won't have to worry about frightening-looking needles like you might at other dental offices.
ITERO
This intraoral scanner takes a detailed look at your smile with a wand device, creating a digital impression of your mouth. With this impression, our team can plan orthodontic treatments like Invisalign and more precisely design restorative dental work like crowns, veneers, and bridges.
ULTRASONIC CLEANERS
These ultrasonic teeth scalers vibrate at ultrasonic speeds, allowing them to break up plaque and tartar on the teeth and below the gums in one-third the time it takes to do so normally. Additionally, ultrasonic cleaners are gentler than traditional metal scalers, making the cleaning process more comfortable.
NOMAD DIGITAL SENSOR
Our dentists can take more accurate, detailed digital X-rays of your mouth in half the time with the NOMAD handheld X-ray. It also emits less radiation than traditional film X-rays, making it safer.
LASERS
Laser technology enables our dentists to treat your smile more quickly, safely, and hygienically than manual methods. Laser dental cleaning, for example, gently breaks up plaque and bacteria buildup while causing less irritation to the gums. While it can be fine for you to see your doctor for a checkup once every year or two, the same isn’t true with your dentist. Plaque and oral bacteria can build up fast on your smile, and waiting a year to see your dentist can easily lead to cavities and gum disease forming in the meantime. You should schedule a cleaning and exam at least once every six months. Patients with a more pressing history of poor dental health may need to come in more often, typically every three to four months. This more proactive approach allows us to catch developing issues earlier and better prevent them from appearing in the first place.

First, let our dentists know. We’ll work with you to create coping strategies and adjust our care to best help you stay calm while we work. Second, you can distract yourself. Each patient room includes televisions, so you can stream movies and TV shows to keep your mind off of the treatment. Lastly, you can request dental sedation, which ranges from light nitrous oxide to deep IV sedation.
