**1. Processing Your Order**
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
**2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times**
- **Standard Shipping:** Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Available for all U.S. orders.
- **Expedited Shipping:** Offers delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.
- **International Shipping:** Delivery times vary based on destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and taxes, for which the customer is solely responsible.
**3. Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the order, and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
**4. Tracking Your Order**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
**5. International Shipping**
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and duties levied by your country’s customs department. Oaks Health Medspa is not responsible for delays due to customs.
**6. Returns and Exchanges**
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.
**7. Shipping Restrictions**
Due to shipping regulations and policies, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain remote areas. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped to these addresses.

Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
