好唔好食唔使多講,基本上週末都要排30分鐘以上,已經知佢幾出色。想分享既係佢哋既態度。我用OpenRice 落定單,話要60分鐘後取,其實當日係落大雨天氣唔好,根本唔多人,最後只用左10分鐘已經可以拎。但我本身真係預左40分鐘後去拎,所以都知個雞蛋仔應該都擺左半個鐘以上冧晒。我埋到去拎,店員叫我等一等,因為凍左,整過比我☺️呢份對客人既態度真係現今少見,至少香港而家好多餐廳都無服務可言,呢種態度真係值得支持 continue reading

每次經過筲箕灣東大街都會見到有一間超長人龍嘅舖頭,呢間舖頭淨係買兩樣嘢,但係每次排隊都要等超過30分鐘以上,到底有啲咩魔力呢?講返今次已經唔係我食第一次呢間舖頭嘅雞蛋仔同埋格仔餅,呢度嘅雞蛋仔同埋格仔餅都係即叫即整,每次整好咗都係新鮮滾熱辣。😋雞蛋仔同埋格仔餅都有其他口味俾你選擇,例如係朱古力同埋黃金味,但我最鍾意都係佢哋嘅原味,而今次我都黎介紹吓。🥰建議大家係開舖前15分鐘去到已經可以開始落單,等嘅時間只不會超過30分鐘。雞蛋仔外脆內軟,入邊每一粒都有蛋香味,坊間好多雞蛋仔食落去完全冇味,但係呢間就蛋味非常濃郁,勁正!😋原味格仔餅都好驚喜,熱辣辣嘅格仔餅已經將牛油溶化晒,配埋花生醬同埋煉奶,口感非常豐富,外脆內軟,食嘅時候要小心唔好滴到周圍都係。🤤份量都幾足夠,兩個人分一底格仔餅同埋雞蛋仔就Perfect啦!😆 continue reading

終於食到呢間每次放工都見到好多人排隊的小食店😋😋見今天午餐時間沒太多人排隊,我立刻決定午餐加餐,叫了一個經典的港式小—格仔餅😍1. 原味格仔餅外皮非常脆,和一般街邊賣的粗製濫造的格仔餅不一樣,我真的好久沒有食到這麽脆的格仔餅了,中間還有點煙韌,格仔餅本身做的非常出色。最重要的是他有加砂糖!砂糖是格仔餅的靈魂,但不知道為什麼好多店都不加,只加花生醬和煉奶,沒有了砂糖脆脆的口感,格仔餅即時失色不少。唯一不足是我覺得花生醬太少,對我這個花生愛好者來說遠遠不夠,下次要試試看多花生醬😋小建議,如果有香蕉花生醬味就好了😍❤️❤️❤️❤️這店還有賣其他口味的格仔餅,用「甜」、「酸」、「苦」、「辣」、「鹹」做主題;「甜」就是我吃的花生醬煉奶味;「酸」是蘋果味;「苦」是巧克力味;「辣」是辣肉腸加芥末味;「鹹」是鹹蛋黃味。味道都非常特別,像辣味我真的難以想像辣的格仔餅是什麼味道😂😂😂 continue reading

不嬲都聽喺東區住嘅朋友講低調高手嘅雞蛋仔好好食,於是難得經過呢一頭就去咗買,佢有幾隻味道,而我覺得最特別嘅就係鹹蛋黃,但係我自己都係偏愛甜嘅雞蛋仔,所以就揀咗呢一款:朱古力雞蛋仔。聽講平時都幾多人排隊等,難得今日唔係好使等,覺得自己真係好幸運。拎住喺條街食嘅時候,我就打開佢個袋,盡量令到佢「呼吸」一下,如果唔係好快就變淋,咁就一啲都唔好食。咬落去嘅時候,啲朱古力粒溶咗,所以雞蛋仔變咗做流心,成件事真係勁邪惡,但係好正!如果俾我揀多次我都係會揀朱古力味。 continue reading
