Before we begin.
Once I receive your inquiry I will begin personalizing your session by sending out a personalized proposal to fit your needs. This proposal will have tons of information regarding the session(s) you are interested in. Once you look over the proposal, complete and submit it, we choose the perfect date for your session, after we choose the date we will work on finalizing your booking; the mumbo jumbo business part, including contract signing, deposit on your invoice, etc. Once you've officially booked your session, we chat up to our session date, we will go over the details of our session; and if there is anything specific I should be aware of before we begin.
What to expect.
Long story short, even if you are a returning client, every session is different and sometimes we all need a little time to warm up (yes even adults too). It is very important for parents to feel comfortable and relaxed during sessions as well as the kiddos. Don't be afraid to jump in when the time is right, and feel free to bring snacks for the littles, we can take as many snack breaks as needed.
Location is key.
Location, location, location. I offer a variety of locations in and around the surrounding area of Bloomer, but mainly focus most sessions on our 5 acres of property, which is set up for many types sessions. I will always suggest the time of the day that is best for lighting. You may hear photographers use the phrase "golden hour". It is approximately one hour before sunset, and trust me-it is worth giving the kiddos a late nap and or early supper. In the winter my studio is toasty warm for those sweet little babes.
and lastly.
Once our session is complete I will get to work processing the images. If you allow me to share a sneak peek that will usually be posted within 48 hours after the session. The amount of images delivered will depend on which package you choose. I am happy to offer printing services, once your gallery is delivered you are welcome to view what I offer.
