Professional Auto is a third generation, family owned business that has been serving the Roanoke Valley for over 30 years. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, and efficiency are our top priority.
As a partner of TechNet Professional, all eligible repairs are backed by a Nationwide 36 Month/36,000 Mile Warranty along with Nationwide Roadside Assistance reimbursement, which is included at no additional charge.
Professional Auto is also an independent contractor for AAA, providing Light Roadside Services including battery replacements/jump starts, unlocks, and roadside tire changes. Run out of gas? Give us a call, and someone from our team of Roadside Mechanics will even deliver fuel. Although we partner with AAA to service their members, we also offer this 24/7 service to non AAA members as well.

Professional Auto has been a family owned business since 1988, and we have been proud to be part of the community ever since. In 2022, Philip & Richelle Christian took over the business and decided to focus on providing a quality and reliable automotive repair service
A hard decision was made to leave the towing industry, and operations were moved from our original location at 711 Kessler Mill Rd. to a larger location at 1648 Lynchburge Tpke. where we were able to expand our focus on automotive repair and better meet the needs of our customers.
Our passion for cars and our desire to serve the community has allowed us to become a trusted and reliable auto repair garage. We understand the importance of quality and dependability, so we strive to provide the best service possible.

When you have service and repairs performed by an authorized
TechNet Professional Automotive Service Center like Professional Auto, you’re covered by a nationwide limited repair warranty for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Wherever you go, our warranty goes with you and is honored at thousands of locations in North America, giving you peace of mind and protection.
Complementary Roadside Assistance:
Roadside Assistance coverage supports you when you need it most. You are covered for lock out, flat tire repair, fluid delivery, battery jump start or tow by a provider of your choice with the purchase of any service. You can be reimbursed up to $150 in a year.
The reimbursement process includes the following:

Complete a Claim Form (or Reimbursement Request Form) and submit it along with the roadside service receipt and receipt for vehicle service via fax to (866) 924-3668, or email to mechclaims@sonsio.com, or postal mail to TechNet Customer Care, P.O. Box 17659, Golden, CO 80402.

Reimbursement will be mailed within 10 to 14 days. Customers receive up to $150 in reimbursement in a 365 day period. Reimbursement may be made to either the motorist or to the Member shop on their behalf as long as the event takes place after the service invoice.
Please note that complimentary Roadside Assistance is not limited to a specific repair or service.
