With a decade of nursing experience, and years of designing, crafting, and engineering on the side, all very much motivated by love, exploration, and vision - meet Mandy Rainstein, owner and lead planner of Events by Rainstein Design.

My name is Mandy, and I am the mom of two super awesome human beings, Jett and Amelia. I live and work in the great city of Philadelphia, as an event planner and designer; a production managing, backdrop building, tablescape enthusiast, with a desire to share knowledge and grow relationships; to empower those around me, and provide an unforgettable experience!
Practicing in the diverse field of nursing for 11 years has given me great perspective in life; an infinite appreciation for people, and the celebration of big and little things. It’s educated me to choose carefully, organize properly, and prioritize while planning ahead; to use best practices that result in best outcomes.
After getting married, I was offered an opportunity to do design work for other couples, and in 2015, Rainstein Design was established. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with other industry professionals on a vast variety of artful, thoughtful, inventive, and improvised weddings and events.
My goal is to help you achieve YOUR goal - to partner with you throughout the planning process, provide guidance based on expressed ideals; develop and maintain a cohesive aesthetic, and produce an event that will have you and your guests enchanted.
