Everything happened so fast, 10 days from listing to money in the bank. Gayle kept us informed and notified thru the whole process. She handled everything listing, pictures and closing. We had already moved 160 miles north so she made it possible for us to close in our new house which was very convenient since we have a disabled daughter that we care for.
