For over 25 years, Dan's roots ran deep in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. After attending the University of Delaware, he went on to work in telecommunications while ultimately starting & managing over 7 businesses. In 2011, he and his established a commercial facility maintenance company and with strategic planning and massive action, they grew the company to rank in the top 7% nationally of companies within their field while servicing industries such as automotive, aviation, education, government, and healthcare, to name a few. Their humble beginnings and strategic growth has been driven by:

With this experience and a passion for excellence, Dan initially entered the real estate industry as a real estate developer and quickly realized it was a natural fit for his work ethic, goals and vision. Ever since, his focus and resources have been invested in real estate, business brokerage and construction. Dan and his wife Marissa live in Myrtle Beach with their six children and as an active family, they enjoy activities ranging from hiking and beach life to travel and sports. Dan is an active Rotarian in the Myrtle Beach area.
