I am a Certified Resort Specialist with Baldwin REALTORS. This elite group of less than 50 professionals has proven their expertise, knowledge, and involvement in the Resort market. With experience in Luxury Waterfront Properties, Investment Properties, and Second Home/Vacation properties; a Certified Resort Specialist provides buyers and sellers with an above-the-crowd buying/selling experience. I was one of the first 7 to meet the qualifications for this elite certification. That expertise carries from the Alabama coastal areas into Florida; helping buyers/sellers in the Perdido Key and Pensacola area. Some of the other certifications I have earned to better help my clients through their real estate transactions are Certified Real Estate Negotiator and Certified Expert Listing Agent.
Negotiating and marketing are the two most important roles of a real estate agent/broker. My pre-real estate profession was in marketing including advertising, publishing, and promotional-related responsibilities. This experience paired with my designations of Certified Expert Listing Agent and Certified Real Estate Negotiator, makes me the complete package for helping home buyers buy and home sellers sell.
