Let's face it; you are so excited when it is time to purchase your first, second, or forever home. Yet, you have so many questions and are cautious about your next step. My business is to help you get closer to your dream of homeownership. I was introduced to the world of real estate in 1977, watching and helping my father partner with new construction builders. I fell in love with the industry. After my own experience of purchasing my home in 2001, I decided to obtain my Real Estate license in 2006. Before I bought my house, I tried to do everything right. I even went to a first-time homebuyer class, but I found out quickly your realtor and lender are the keys to getting your "keys." Selecting a realtor to help you sell or search for your next home is imperative. When someone asks me about my business, I emphasize that I identify, negotiate, and serve in a fiduciary capacity for my buyer/seller. I ensure that my clients know the situation and the process. I interface with clients to identify their vision and set priorities to achieve the acquisition of real estate. I serve in a fiduciary capacity for the Buyer /Seller affecting the purchase and transfer of real estate transactions. I perform contract negotiations on behave of my clients to ensure contractual obligation. I am your negotiator and closer. I love what I do.
