Tava Homes Group was founded by Lisa Pflugh in 2017 with a vision of creating a Real Estate team that focused on a culture of Excellence in Service, Education, and Mentorship. Before becoming a Realtor®,Lisa and her family moved 18 times and she saw the industry from a client’s point of view. Seeing that many times Agents seem to only care about the transaction and getting paid, lack good communication skills, and leave clients feeling unheard and tossed away after the sale, created a passion within her to develop a team that is different.
