As a solo agent in a nationwide firm for several years, I felt strong connections and commitments to each and every one of my clients. Eventually I realized that my client base had grown so large that I couldn't do it alone if I wanted to be sure each and every client received the top-notch service and representation that was of the utmost importance to me in my business. From that point, we established Candy & Co. (The Candy La Monica Team). It is not our goal to be a huge team. It is our goal to be a a people-centric, fully effective, professional team.

Because of the wide range of experience of our team members, we are able to serve clients in the purchase and sale of all types of residential real estate in a broad region of North Carolina. The bulk of the properties we serve are in and around the Lake Norman region of North Carolina, just north of Charlotte, NC - towns such as Mooresville, Davidson, Huntersville, Cornelius, Troutman, Statesville, Denver and Sherrills Ford, just to name a few. However, some of the team also has experience in numerous other areas of the state. Just ask us! If we don't serve your favorite area, we probably know another good agent who does.
Erin Desmarais, Team Coordinator, is an administrative leader with 20+ years of executive administrative experience. She coordinates team activities, marketing materials, and client care.
