Ashland Farm management is allowing smoking tenants to violate their lease by smoking in a nonsmoking complex and not evicting the violators. Management disregards the complaints of tenants who follow the leasing rules. I have a breathing machine and moved into a nonsmoking complex internally for health reasons.
