Although food is not the only thing we do, it's the most important part of our offer. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, our selection is wide and carefully crafted to deliver the most authentic Mediterranean experience for our guests. Our main restaurant is open all year round. During the summer months, we open the Sabbia Veloce - our street food bar, as well as the Sabbia Dolce - known for our signature ice-cream flavors, cold-pressed juices and smoothies.
