Couples Therapy

Trained in the American method of couple therapy (Gottman Method) I help you reconnect emotionally, but also physically thanks to CBT applied to sexuality disorders in the couple.

Individual CBT Therapy

I apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help patients understand themselves and encourage them to adopt new behaviors in the face of life's trials.

Online Workshops

Not feeling ready for therapy but still want to work on yourself? Here you can inform yourself, learn new concepts and work independently.

Couples on The Brink

Discernment counseling is a short-term counseling service, lasting 1 to 5 sessions maximum, to help you make the decision to separate or work together on your relationship.

Psychologist

After 8 years of working in scientific research in cognitive psychology, I opened my practice as a licensed Psychologist. I chose to focus on adults and couples exclusively. My job is to help people identify and achieve their personal goals, alone or as a couple. I put my patients in front of the problems that put them in a state of distress, anxiety and stress, and I help them to solve them through self-reflection, psychoeducation and concrete exercises. Nothing makes me more proud than watching the progress and successes of my patients. I look forward to being able to help you.
