The best time to get your vehicle undercoated and or rustproofed would be shortly after your make the purchase.  If you didn’t get it done directly after your purchase, no need to worry. There still may be time, and we offer a few differen't products depending on what is best for your vehicle..

For older vehicles, or vehicles that are already showing signs of wear, an additional charge and labor will occur.* Depending on the severity of your vehicle, we will use an array of tools to clean up your vehicle prior to using our products.  From compressed air and scrapers, to wire wheels and a a needle scaler.  Since there are already signs of rust present, we would recommend either oil option, be it T-32 or NHOU product line. 

Armour Seal Undercoating

We have been using Armour Seal undercoating since we opened in 2017*.  This product is an outstanding semi permenat product that we apply to the frame , underbody, and structure of the vehicle when it is new. While we use this on the exerior parts of the frame, we then use our T-32 oil inside the frame, and other areas of the vehicle making this a "best of both worlds"  situation.   Armour Seal has a higher service price tag, but with this option, you return for free inspections and touch ups of the semi permant undercoating for as long as you own the vehicle.

Carwell T-32

Our Carwell T32 isn’t just a rust inhibitor that guards against rust and corrosion, it also lubricates moving parts and protects electrical connections. This annual treatment will help reduce your maintenance costs, higher resale value, and longer vehicle life.

Carwell T32 is designed to creep deep into cracks and crevices and provide coverage and protection. So even if the initial application cannot reach one of these areas, this self-healing process makes sure the maximum protection is provided! After Carwell is applied, you can expect it to lift and remove dirt, moisture, other contaminants and even some surface rust. It is designed to penetrate to good metal and form its protection there.

Once Carwell T-32 has reached the good metal, it sets up a bond. This bond is at a molecular level and the film that is created is ultra-thin providing long-term protection. The inhibitors, meshed together in a chain link, are then used by the environment – contaminants, salts, etc… – before the metal is rusted.

New Hampshire Oil Undercoating

NHOU

In 2024, we began using NHOU Back n' Black Oil undercoating product as an additional oil oiption for customers.  While we still use and love our T-32 , this option may be ideal for certain customers and vehicles. 

NHOU back n black is a powerful rust protectant that will creep and penetrate to the base of the metal to displace moisture and protect your vehicle.  Wth the black in color, this will also "hide" the rust on the sruface but still penetrate the metal helpint to slow rust down.  Like any oil undercoating/rustproofing this should be added to your annual vehicle maintenance every 12 months.
