Mature leaves tend to blow out as the plant grows higher. Monstera lechleriana variegated loves to climb, so we recommend providing it with a coco pole or other support structure. If not allowed to climb it will produce leafless runners. This plant prefers a well draining soil that is rich in organic matter.
