What are the opening hours of Annexx agencies?
You can access our self-storage centers from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers and unlimited 7 days a week. The agency is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6am to 11pm, 7 days a week, in most centers. For extended access, please contact your advisor. Our reception areas are open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 1:15pm to 5:30pm, and on Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
What security measures are in place in the units?
In addition to the installations in place throughout our premises (automatic gate lock, access code, cameras), our units are equipped with an individual alarm. When you come to your unit, entering your personal code deactivates this alarm upon arrival and reactivates it upon departure.
How can I change my insurance?
Annexx offers insurance specifically for storage. To modify an insurance contract taken out with Annexx at the time of signing your contract, please contact our advisors.
Can you help me move?
Yes! We can provide you with the contact details of movers or partner utility vehicle companies. To discover the options available at your center, contact your advisors.
I haven't paid my royalties for several months, what happens?
Contact the advisors at your storage center as soon as possible. In the absence of news or payment on your part, your storage space may be emptied and/or taken to the dump.
