Yes, it’s that good! Shades Kveik 1 earned a Gold Medal at the Great American Beer Festival 2018, the largest and most competitive beer festival in America. This award winning beer was developed using an ancient strain of Scandinavian yeast called Kveik which we purified in our lab and grew in our yeast propagation tanks. The beer is light in color and body, slightly tart, super fruity and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. 6.2% abv.

Pina Colada is a variation of our famed Kveik 1 Golden Sour. It’s light in body and tartness, and full of pineapple and coconut flavors. Pina Colada earned a Gold Medal at the North American Brewer’s Association International Beer Awards 2019. THAI TOM KHA GOLDEN SOUR

Thai Tom Kha is a variation of our famed Kveik1 Golden Sour and inspired by flavors from Thailand. It is light in body and tartness. Notes of coconut, kaffir leaves, lemon-grass, and galangal. This extraordinary beer earned a Gold Medal at the Great American Beer Festival 2019.

Berliner Weisse is a regional variation on the white beer style from Northern Germany. Sour and tart, it’s usually served with syrup for more flavor and color. We break tradition and don’t add syrup. Instead, we add a considerable amount of Plum fruit and use a kettle sour technique to produce this delicious concoction. 5% abv.

Imperial Lager is light in body yet full of flavor. This extraordinary beer has pleasant aromas and slight bitterness. It is neither sweet nor bitter. It is perfectly balanced for a neutral flavor that is punctuated by fruity esters generated by the lagering yeast. 8% ABV

DOUBLE INDIA PALE LAGER

This DIPL is so good, it will take you by surprise. It’s difficult to brew a good DIPL, but this one hits the spot. The citra hops are perfectly balanced with a non bitter fruity finish. This is a staff favorite.
