I've worked with JoAnn for 6 years and there aren't words to describe the positive impact she has had on my life. I've worked with her both in person and remotely and have found amazing results. We have utilized tools such as Biofeedback, meditation, and reading of 'The Four Agreements.' JoAnn has helped me improve my anxiety management, sleep quality, overall mood, relationships with friends and family, relationships at work, self-esteem, and has helped me become more indifferent of what others think of me. Working with JoAnn has been a truly transformative experience.
