How To Use

Massage areas: neck & shoulders, back, waist, abdomen, thighs, legs, foot, calf

Charging Instructions: Plug in the power or car adapter to the appropriate power source to begin charging the massager. The massager can be used immediately after plugging in. To operate wirelessly, allow the massager to fully charge (2-3 hours). After the battery has been fully charged, disconnect the massager from the cord and unplug the adapter from the power source. The massager can now be operated wirelessly for 1.5-2 hours.
