The West Coast Pantry is a General Store and Coffee Shop located in the Victoria Public Market. We serve amazing lattes and Americanos using the Coffee Lab Catalyst Espresso. We also have Jaga Silk Maccha and our own house blends of teas, elixirs, smoothies and healthy gluten free baking. Ever popular is our Savory Egg Muffin and Chocolate Banana Loaf! We specialize in local products including ethical meat and cheese, organic produce and a unique selection of organic bulk foods and local liquid body and house care. Come and try some of our house made Water Kefir, including Tulsi Love and Super Chill blends. You can also fill up a growler of our Kefir or Salt Spring Island Kombucha which we have on tap.
