Mark Fontenot is a top producer committed to providing excellent service for his clients. A native Houstonian raised in Northwest Houston but now living in Oak Forest, he provides a wide range of knowledge in a multitude of local real estate markets. With well over 100 transactions ranging from Clear Lake to Lake Conroe and Katy to Kingwood, Mark is willing and able to meet your real estate needs.

After graduating from Louisiana State University, Mark spent 12-years working in the customer service and hospitality industry with Young Life at resorts in Colorado and Georgia. During that time he fine-tuned skills that have allowed him to better care for his clients. Whether by consistent communication, organization, problem solving, availability and flexibility, Mark strives to earn his client’s trust and provide a positive experience.

With an appreciation and knowledge of construction, Mark is an asset for clients when it comes to home maintenance and understanding of construction quality, costs, and timelines. A husband of 14 years to his beautiful, creative wife and father to two incredible daughters, Mark is committed to Houston and improving and investing in the city he loves. He and his wife support local businesses as much as possible and are PTO members of their neighborhood elementary school.
