Mike is my personal trainer. I had a fall and my right knee was was not working right. In one session he had this almost perfect. He can look at your body and see where you need adjusted. I am a older woman and I trust and recommend Mike

We travelled To Florida and were referred to Mike at Spectrum Therapeutics LLC for a great massage. Little did I know how great it was going to be. Every issue I had was addressed in 90 minute time frame and felt like I was walking on air!! I was so happy I had made two appointments in our 8 day travel time. I met Mike through a colleague at work. After having a conversation with him and having him explain all the programs that he is trained in regarding therapy - athletes and such - I was very impressed with his knowledge. On my last trip to Florida (I live in LA) and had him further evaluate me as part of the NueFit therapy program which I wanted some correction on a past athletic injury/strain from weight training. We were targeting a shoulder. His professionalism was outstanding, and the knowledge was very straightforward in layman's term. During the electronic stimulation program, from shoulders to legs, was an eye opening experience. Understanding how we are so interconnected physically in ones body, is pretty interesting. Mike was even asking about specific injuries due to how the muscles were twitching differently than norm. To make a long story short, I felt great after the treatment. And over the following days, there was some soreness - which was expected. But over the following week, the shoulder which I was having difficulty with seemed to be cured, which in turn allowed me to continue lifting without pain. I can't wait for my next session while being stimulated and working out in the gym with a focus to see how training and stimulation co-exist and how strength improves. If anybody reading this wants great therapy, a professional and knowledgeable person in so many different types of PT and Therapy, and has a calming voice regardless if male or female - look no further. I had previously been in to work with Mike and the Neufit machine on some knee and IT band issues. I responded great to the machine, finding relief as well as relaxation after finishing up with a process called a reset. This time around I came in to see Mike after battling a viral infection for a month that lead to some lingering neurological symptoms. The only way to describe what was happening internally prior to coming in is that I felt like my wiring wasn’t making the appropriate connections. I had already explained this to numerous doctors, but they could not provide me with a diagnosis or timeline to start feeling like myself again. I knew not only would I feel extremely comfortable explaining this and working with Mike, but I also knew he would have a plan to restore balance within me. After my sessions with Mike I feel like my mind and body are back online working together. I've been using Mike for over 15 years for deep tissue message treatments consistently every week to help with muscle misalignments and knots in my hips, back, shoulders, and legs due to many years of heavy weight training and powerlifting. My case was severe where i had trouble bending over or sitting for long periods of time and after many years and money spent on chiropractors I realized that I needed to do something different beyond just short term relief from quick back alignments and fortunately I found Mike. Mike is very knowledgeable about the pressure points, fascia relief, and compound movements which he applies during treatments but most importantly for me the usage of pinpointed deep tissue pressure which has progressively over time enabled me to enjoy working out without all of the limitations and sharp pain. I highly recommend Mike for those reasons but in addition if your time is as valuable as mine I appreciate the fact that he is always on time and is flexible if you need to make some adjustments to your schedule assuming he can accommodate with his schedule.

Mike was such a professional and so passionate about his healing. I had tweaked my knee and been limping for months. As a runner, It rendered me unable to do anything but walk. On my first visit I told him the issue, he listened intently and then began working. To my surprise, Nothing he did was "deep tissue" or aggravating like I expected. Instead, the work was very gentle, so gentle that I was pretty damn skeptical. Again to my surprise, I began to feel relief right then and there! After leaving the office that day, my knee felt considerably better. Soon after, I had the confidence to start doing body weight exercises, then weights, then running. A few months later, a injury that had nagged me for nearly half a year WAS GONE! Thank you so much Mike for your help and ultimately getting me back racing agiain! 5 STARS!
