The Boring Legal Stuff.

Space Rental Fee : non-refundable deposit of $200 at time of booking. $100 of the deposit will be applied to your final bill.

Additional Bar Fee : $100 if choosing Spirits Package 1 or 2.
Beverage Packages include 4 hours of service; additional beverage service time can be provided by the hour.

Deposits are required to secure your event date. Your deposit will not be refunded if your reservation is canceled within 8 weeks of your event date. If we do not receive a deposit within one week of booking the event, we will release the date. The final number of guests for your event will need to be confirmed one week before the event date.

Payments can be made in Cash, Personal/ Business Check, or over the phone by Credit Card.

If the event is Tax Exempt, please email certificate to info@starrsrestaurant.com.

Local tax and Administrative Fee will be added on the final invoice.

8% NY State Sales Tax will be added.

20% Gratuity/ Service Charge will be applied.

We will ID all guests, and if necessary will deny serving alcohol to any persons intoxicated.

We do not allow outside Food, Beverages or Alcohol in our establishment without prior approval. Fees and approval for outside food and beverage are determined on a per case basis. Please email info@starrsrestaurant.com for more information.

Décor’ – No Tacks or Tape on Walls or Ceiling.

We reserve the right to charge for any obvious damage or necessary repairs caused by your event and its attendees.
