About SOTA

“There is immense power when a group of people with similar interests gets together to work toward the same goals.” – Idowu Koyenikan

First and foremost, State of the Art (SOTA) is a community. We are a team of professionals with unique gifts and skill sets sharing the common goal of helping others. You, the State of the Art client, make up a large part of this community bringing your health to us and entrusting it inside of this space. The vision behind SOTA is that all who step inside feel welcome, loved, seen, and heard. Whether you are coming for Pilates training to improve your mobility and core strength, personal training to learn to move, or seeking care for an injury with massage or physical therapy, SOTA provides you with the plan to achieve your goals whatever they may be. Here you will find fluid movement from professional to professional as goals are achieved clearing the path for making new ones. Our ultimate purpose is to restore you to the best version of yourself in a safe and caring environment. We work together for you and with you to achieve the common goal of betterment.

Finally, the SOTA community extends to the world around us. At State of the Art, we believe caring should extend not only to the client in front of us but to the world as a whole making humanity our ultimate community. We hope to foster a sense of wellness inside of the space that spreads to the world around us by giving a portion of our profits to a chosen charity. Forming a community takes time and trust, but our mission at SOTA is that you instantly feel at home and yet a part of something bigger than yourself. Take a breath and step inside our community. We are so glad you’re here.
