The Studio

The only fully Gratz equipped Classical Pilates studio in the Black Country. Offering mat classes, reformer classes and equipment classes with small numbers to ensure maximum results. We also teach bespoke 1:1 or 2:1 lessons for a truly tailor made session.

A small, friendly team of superbly trained teachers with over 30 classes on the schedule. Open weekdays until 9 pm and weekends until 1 pm.

Everybody is welcome! Booking essential.

Our goal is to show you how amazing Classical Pilates is

Joseph Pilates wanted everyone to practice his method and we believe that everyone should. Classical Pilates is different to the more modern style of mat based classes. There is a system and there is an order but within that there is so much you’ll never be bored!

The Studio is fully equipped with Gratz equipment and every piece has its part to play.

Our services
