Krav Maga- International Ultimate Krav Maga Federation Pattoor Trivandrum

I am a student of Krav Maga in Trivandrum, training under Sebastian Sir. I should say that, Krav Maga has changed not only my physical fitness, but also my total attitude. Before I used to feel scared when I am outside alone after sun sets. But now I feel very bold and I am always aware about the surroundings, and I am confident that I am very strong to handle situations that can normally be very frightful to people. Also Krav Maga unlike other martial arts, helps us to face real life scenarios. Thanks a lot Sebastian Sir for being such a dedicated instructor and giving us individual attention to improve our skills.

It's been a fascinating journey, the two months I trained in Krav Maga with Sebastian Sir at Toronto art cafe, Trivandrum. Now I feel more confident when a stressful situation happens in my life. Let it be someone attacking me with a knife, trying to chock me from behind, trying to punch me and other various types of attacks... I know the techniques to defend myself and my loved ones. The techniques can be learnt by normal working class people; it's that simple and practical. On the side note, Sebastian Sir being a retired Air Force police officer was an extra motivaation for me to go to the trainings. :D

I have undertaken krav maga classes for about three months under Sebastian sir. In this short span of time I was able to learn various self defence techniques. It improved my fitness and also gave me the confidence to face various adverse situations. I would definitely recommend it to everyone especially women and children.

This is one of d best coaching institutes available in trivandrum, with flexible timings, excellent teaching, warmup exercises, practical tips, knife, bag, stick, hand combats.training from excellent trained Sebastian sir airforce officer, trained in karate, kickboxing and what not.
