Hi All, Please do not go to them. These people are really unethical. My laptop had a problem with the display chip which I got it diagnosed from the company service center. Company people told me if I could get the display chip replaced then, it would work as brand new. My laptop was in full working condition before I gave it to WeReachInfotech. They committed for 2-3 days whereas they took 4 weeks. Initially they told they can replace the display chip but 1 day they called and said the motherboard of my laptop is beyond repair. I went to their office to collect my laptop. They said it is with some other service center(MicroWorldRepairs). Hence it proves they do not do servicing themselves. He estimated a price 0f 8k for the motherboard. When I refused to avail their service they returned my laptop. But when I told them to open it, I found 1 RAM missing(coz I had 2 RAM), the hard disk changed, the CD-ROM changed. People please avoid these cheaters.

I would like to warn people from getting into their trap. I gave my laptop for repair and instead of fixing it, they messed up the screen. To top that they said it might be like that before repair. Sad thing was that mu laptop was not starting which I wanted fixed. For something that was committed in 2-3 days they took 12 days. Sometimes they said graphics was issue and sometimes motherboard.<br/>Forget about experience, it was nightmare.<br/>

They are big cheater, cheating us no cause.The owner is one of biggest cheater.he will write the problem on the receipt and amount also put minimum 2000,without inspecting your laptop and tale your sign on the receipt .<br/>if he found its a small repair which will cause Rs : 300 .Still he will charge you more than 2000 and tell you ,I will make it 2000 you can pay the amount.<br/><br/>Why I am writing this review because no one will do the same mistake again and not cheated by we reach again.<br/><br/>Hi friend <br/><br/>This is the recent(date :16th may 2015) bad experience with wereach. I went with my laptop repair for heating issue .<br/>usually I clean my laptop ,the repair guy(Raj) will take Rs : 250 for clean the vent fan and apply thermal paste.<br/>This time the owner was there I went to him and show my laptop(HP pavilion DV6 Model) and told the heating issue, he told just replace your vent fan it will fix your issue,he told me it will charge you ma 1000-1500k we will check it and tell what will be the defect an

I would request you guys to not to go for any kind of laptop service with them...very worst service....i have gone for my notebook repair just two work they delayed more than a week and they made another repair on my notebook....very worst....they are repairing with some other guys...delivery worst...pricing high....

Had a very bad experience with these guys. They promised me delivery in 2-3 business days but they took almost 2 weeks for me to deliver. At them time of taking my laptop they promised their prices are competitive & we can trust them. However later I discovered that the prices that they charged for the parts was very very high compared to other vendors in Bangalore. And when I raised this with their manager someone Mr Reddy, he said this is our business model. We tell X price for a part & later on its customer headache if he finds that he has been cheated. Am still surprised to see how service providers like these who cheat customers survive in this market. Anyone taking their laptop here - PLEASE be extra careful on what they claim & do your homework properly.
