    Book the entire cozy coffee shop.

    Sundial Coffee + Tea is the perfect venue for an intimate event located in the heart of Surf City, North Carolina. Whether you have a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, or small wedding, we’re able to accommodate your needs beautifully.

    Our Availability: After 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and after 2:00 pm on Saturday + Sunday.

    Our Capacity: 25 attendees is best to ensure comfort + maneuverability.

    Your Investment: A $225 non-refundable reservation fee includes the first two hours. Every additional hour costs $75 if needed. 45 minute setup and cleanup times are included.

    What’s Included: Full barista service to assist in set-up, drink service, anything you may need behind the scenes, break-down and cleanup.

  • Book our little conference room.

    Our cozy meeting space is located at our new location on the mainland of Surf City. This space can be reserved on an hourly or daily basis during our regular business hours for meetings, planning sessions, presentations, classes, small group meetings, and more.

    Our Availability: You’re welcome to book our conference room during our regular business hours. (MON - FRI 7 - 4 // SAT + SUN 7 - 1)

    Our Capacity: Seating for 8 at our roomy conference table is available.

    Your Investment: $45 for a two hour reservation. Each additional hour is just $15.

    What’s Included? Features include WiFi + a smart TV for casting presentations or photos.

    Add-on Options: Coffee bar and/or baked good add-ons available upon request. ($25-$30 for 10 servings for your reference.) Our baked good add-on can be added with 48 hours notice.
