Sunrise Plumbing’s portfolio includes multi-family units, as well as hotels, light commercial, mixed-use commercial/residential, and affordable housing. We hold expertise in 5-over-2 and 6-over-2 affordable housing projects, partnering with DESC, LIHI, Imagine Housing, Mercy Housing, Plymouth Housing, Capitol Hill Housing, and Homestead Community Land Trust. These properties—designed to save energy, space and water—often have integrated facilities on level 1 and living accommodations on the higher levels.

Alex PerdOmo
PRESIDENT/CEO
On a recent visit to his ancestral home in Cuba, Alex saw how challenging it was for his aunt to maintain the life-sustaining need for fresh water. Running a company founded on supplying clean water to communities became purposeful and personal to him.
Alex holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and an International Finance and Marketing degree from the University of Miami. After 20 years in corporate finance—at world-leading companies such as Microsoft, Ford, and American Airlines—his desire to have his own business coincided with an opportunity to run Sunrise Plumbing. Alex brings his financial expertise, complex project management, and superior customer focus to the plumbing industry.
Carey Parkerson
CHIEF ESTIMATOR/GM
Carey Parkerson has been with Sunrise Plumbing since 1985, as a journeyman plumber and then as an on-site superintendent. In 2016, Carey began to shift his years of field expertise to the office and, in January 2018, became the company’s principal estimator.
Carey partners with the general contractor, owners, architects, and mechanical engineers to identify and resolve any constructability issues during the critical pre-construction phase. Carey’s years of experience and collaborative team approach have resulted in the successful completion of hundreds of projects.
