Richard Peiser is the Michael D. Spear Professor of Real Estate Development in the department of urban planning and design at Harvard University. He has published numerous books and articles on real estate development, urban growth, development regulation, infrastructure financing, and real estate finance. He holds a PhD in land economy from Cambridge University. David Hamilton is a professor of real estate finance and development at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design and the chief operating officer of Geobarns.
