Description
So many disruptive students struggle with their behavior because they aren't able to control their body and apply coping skills! Due to all my teen/preteen repeat offender students that can't seem to stay out of ISS and behave themselves, I did a lot of reading on this topic over the summer. From my reading, I came up with this student activity sheet that helps the misbehaving student to change behavior by applying mindful self-control through coping skills. It works especially well with students of trauma who may not learn healthy control or coping skills at home.
