Create a Restaurant in Spanish

This is a project designed for any level Spanish class studying foods. They are going to design their own Spanish-speaking country inspired restaurant.

This project is so fun and my students really enjoy designing something real. Included in the document are explicit instructions to make the project student-centered, vocabulary to get them started, and a rubric for the student to know how they are being graded.
