She was joined on stage by Wayne Mardle and John Part before the action started at the SSE Arena in Belfast.
Paton wore a long-sleeved leather top and matching burgundy trousers in front of a raucous Northern Irish crowd.
Darts fans were quick to swoon over the presenter on social media, with one writing: "Emma Paton Thursdays, what a start to a four-day weekend."
Another added: "Emma Paton, Premier League Darts, Luke Littler. I love Thursdays."
A third fan also commented: "Emma Paton is different gravy."
