The Brickhouse RVA is a dream come true. Situated in the heart of Downtown Richmond's Arts District, our space was built in the 1920s and has been all types of businesses from a bank to a law office. It was since renovated in 2010 but still retains many of its original elements. We have 2,016 sq. ft of exposed brick and hardwood floors with industrial style iron elements. Our floor to ceiling windows on the front facade not only let in amazing light all day, they also offer an amazing view of the city before you.

We are an event space owned and run by an event coordinator who has been in the industry for over 17 years. When we say we have you covered, we mean it! The Brickhouse RVA can accommodate 50 guests seated or 75 cocktail style. Our packages include tables, chairs, linens, and we offer floral design and decor elements for an additional cost!

 

We offer vendor prep access, fully accessible bathrooms, a beautiful lounge area and so much more. Not to mention our walls are covered with gorgeous art, with most actually being for sale!
