🧡 Meet Debbie O (Me!) In early 2014, I set my Masters's Degree and career aside and switched up my world, getting my Minnesota Real Estate License. I always knew my purpose was to help people. That was my calling for sure! What I didn't know was that real estate would be my passion! 🧡
🧡 In the spring of 2020, I formed my LLC -> The Integrity Real Estate Group LLC. I wanted "INTEGRITY" to be the core of my business and front and center of how I do business.
🧡 Fast forward, after working for two different brokerages, I joined True Real Estate as an independent contractor in 2021! It was then that I formed my team "The Integrity Real Estate Group" adding 2 admins to help me out so I could do more of what I love...helping clients buy and sell real estate!
🧡 I absolutely crave learning and growing so in 2023, I attained my Brokers Associate License. Today, our
🧡 Today, our team consists of myself as the Group Owner and Lead, a second full-time agent, Jaci Ullrich (pronounced JC), Shannon, our Transaction Coordinator and "legs on the ground", and Jessica, who is our Marketing Director and helps with our social media and marketing of the team as well as our clients!
🧡 I couldn't be more proud of how we do business (with integrity) or our team! I've always believed that if you work hard and put the clients first, good things will come, and they have!
🧡 Another source of great pride is my repeat clients! To me, that is the true measure of success! Of my sales in 2022, over 89% of my sales were with repeat clients and referrals, and over 10% were new clients (non-referral/new).
