🧡 Meet Debbie O (Me!). In early 2014, I set my Masters's Degree and career aside and switched up my world, getting my Minnesota Real Estate License. I always knew my purpose was to help people. That was my calling for sure! What I didn't know was that real estate would be my passion!
🧡In the spring of 2020, I formed my LLC -> The Integrity Real Estate Group LLC. I wanted "INTEGRITY" to be the core of my business and front in center of how I do business.
🧡Fast forward, after working for two different brokerages, I joined True Real Estate as an independent contractor in 2021! Joining True was a game-changer for my career! (You are not alone if you didn't realize that most real estate agents are actually independent contractors - not employees for the companies that hold their licenses).
🧡In September 2021, I officially started my real estate team. "The Integrity Real Estate Group. Meaning it was more than just me! Shannon and Jessica joined me as independent contractors and have since transitioned to official part-time employees! They do so much to help our clients with marketing and "legs on the ground" so that I can do more of what I love. That's helping our clients!!!
🧡During this time, I came up with my personal branding that coordinates with True Real Estate's branding. My team of 3 now gratefully supports and assists clients all over the southern Minnesota area. So, my business/team/group is under the True umbrella, but I own, manage, market, and run it #withintegrity.
🧡Of my sales in 2022, over 89% of my sales were with repeat clients and referrals, and over 10% were new clients (non-referral/new). Focusing on integrity has worked out quite well, and I believe the biggest reason for my success. That and truly caring for my clients, above all else!

🧡 My name is Jaci Ullrich, and I am a REALTOR® with the Integrity Real Estate Group at True Real Estate. I joined Debbie's group in August of 2023 after being an independent agent. It is a joy to work with Debbie, Shannon, and Jess, and I am grateful to get to work with people who put a smile on my face and truly value what's best for their clients. I am thrilled to be a part of a team with integrity at the heart of its business.
🧡A little about me: I am a Midwest native having grown up in northern Iowa and southern Minnesota. I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2017 and have lived in the area since. I am a multimedia artist and enjoy sharing my art at events in the Mankato community. I love spending time in the outdoors camping, hiking, and gardening, and I have two adorable cats that keep me entertained. My partner, Willis, and I own a lovely home in West Mankato, and we like working on DIY home projects and renovations together.
🧡I have found so much joy in being a homeowner and I am excited to share that passion with others. Whether buying or selling a home, I love helping clients by listening to their needs, prioritizing consistent communication, and making sure I do everything in my power to meet their real estate goals. I will be there to help every step of the way!

🧡My name is Shannon Sharpless, and I am the Team coordinator for The Integrity Real Estate Group. I consider it a privilege to be part of The Integrity Real Estate Group and learn from a Top agent, Debbie Ogren.
🧡In my role, I oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions, from initial listing appointments to executed purchase agreements to closing. It is my goal to ensure that your closing runs smoothly and efficiently. One of my favorite parts of my job is touring homes and gathering the information necessary to get a home listed for sale.
🧡On a personal note, I grew up in Bloomington, Indiana, and have lived in North Mankato and Mankato for 25 years. I have been married to my husband Mark for 33 years, and we have 1 son, Andy, and 2 cats, Dunkel and Quagmire. I graduated from Indiana University School of Business with a double major in Marketing and Management. I have over 30 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Office Management. In my free time, I enjoy MCM/Vintage shopping, brewery hopping, spending time with family and friends, and traveling the United States.
🧡Each client is important to me. By gathering information, following the paper trail, and communicating during the buying/selling process, I strive to make buying or selling as stress-free as possible.
MARKETING DIRECTOR
🧡Hello! My name is Jessica Dickhudt. I love coffee, painting, and driving around listening to music. I was born and raised in Mankato, alongside my five siblings, on a hobby farm!
🧡After I graduated, I moved to Estes Park, CO, where I lived and worked at a resort in a few different departments gaining all kinds of experience and connections. I loved learning and experiencing all the different cultures of the people I lived with. I lived there for about six years before moving back to Minnesota to raise my daughter near family!
🧡I loved living in the mountains and plan to again someday! I am a mom to a truly remarkable five-year-old, Leilani. She keeps me busy and brings me more happiness than anything else in this whole world. Debbie likes to call her our “Littlest Assistant.”
🧡My role in The Integrity Real Estate Group is Marketing Director. I am a creator. I love to create in all aspects of my life. Since joining Debbie’s team, I have had the opportunity to use my creativity professionally, from social media posts to brainstorming in the office. Debbie is always open to new ideas, dreams, and goals.
🧡I feel valued being a part of this team. I started working with Debbie when it was just her. When she interviewed me for this position, one of the things I expressed and that we connected on was the importance of integrity. She spoke of her goal to have a real estate group based on integrity someday. It has been a privilege to watch Debbie grow and The Integrity Real Estate Group form and see her dream come to life.
