I WANT TO TRY POLE DANCE CLASSES BUT I FEEL I WONT BE ABLE TO KEEP UP?

Pole Dancing is an addictive way to keep fit and build up on your inner Goddess/ God. Pole Dancing is always taught to beginners at a basic level focusing on the basics such as strength and movement. Many people feel nervous and unsure about taking their first class in Pole Dancing but once you start you will not look back. Our instructors remember what it was like at their first class and will be helping to make sure you feel comfortable in class.
Anyone can take a Pole Dance class so come along and try a new challenge which burns more calories then any gym class

HOW MUCH IS A CLASS?

A pay as you go single class is £18 however we have class passes which allow you to make bulk bookings at a more affordable price. From 4 week passes to unlimited, you can select a pass which suits how frequently you wish to pole. Click here to view all of our class passes

SHOULD I BOOK PAY AS YOU GO OR A CLASS PASS?

Drop in classes can be paid for as apposed to booking a full course. You can choose the pay as you go option which is £18 per class.

When Booking a Class Pass, it works out cheaper and also secures your place within a class to attend once or as many times a week for up to a month depending on which package you choose. You can view the full package options here

HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

You can book a class and make an online payment via our booking system here

HOW MANY POLES AND PEOPLE PER POLE?

Our Studio has 7 Poles and our standard rule is a maximum of 2 people per pole.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

It is advised that gym type clothing is worn to most classes. For pole dancing it is advised that participants wear leggings and a top to warm up in and then participate in shorts and a top depending on the class level. With Pole Dancing participants are welcome to bring heels and will be offered opportunities to wear them depending on the lesson plan if requested.
We request that no body lotions are worn when attending a pole dance class as this can make the poles very slippy and difficult to maneuver on.

I HAVE PREVIOUS, DANCE/FITNESS/ POLE EXPERIENCE, WHICH CLASSES SHOULD I ATTEND?

If you have previous dance experience but no pole experience, we still advise you to attend a beginner class, pole is a very unique workout and requires the foundations of strength building before moving up to the next levels.
If you have taken a break from pole and are just coming back, we would advise that you also attend the beginners classes for the same reason.
If you already pole and are unsure which level to try, get in touch by clicking the "contact us" button with us and we can advise you.

DO I NEED TO BE A CERTAIN LEVEL OF FITNESS TO START?

Not at all, our beginners course is a progressive approach designed to cater for no fitness experience, we work to your level to help you progress!

I HAVE NO UPPER BODY STRENGTH, SHOULD I START IN THE GYM FIRST?

No gym sets required! We help you build upper body strength from the first class 🙌🏼

I’M NERVOUS AND DON’T WANT TO LOOK STUPID

It’s totally natural to feel nervous when starting something new, the best part of our beginner pole courses is that everyone starts at the same level and we do our best to make you all feel as welcome and comfortable as possible while learning a new skill

HOW DO CLASS PASSES DIFFER TO COURSES?

Class passes work differently to a beginner course in that you can use a class pass to book onto any class across the entire timetable, so it doesn’t automatically book you across 4 weeks of the same class, you need to select which classes you want to register onto using your passes.
When you first book a class pass it will make you select at least 1 Cass to book onto. After that the remaining class passes will be saved in your account. To use the remaining passes, simply log into your account (or you can click "view booking" on your email confirmation) and then select the classes you want to register onto. You will see it says "1 pass use" in green which means it will take that registration from your existing Class Pass credits.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cannot attend a class and it is more than 24 hours notice, you are able to transfer your booking yourself to an alternative class. Simply click "view booking" in your email confirmation, select "ticket options" followed by "transfer ticket", you will then be able to select a new class and time to move your booking.
If you cancel within the 24 hour period, unfortunately we are unable to refund or transfer bookings.

WHAT POLES DO YOU HAVE?

We have 4 Xpole Chrome 45mm poles that are 3 metres high and 3 Xpole Stainless Steel 45mm poles that are 4.5 metres high. All 7 can switch from static to spinny.

Those who are allergic to nickel we recommend using the stainless steel poles that are located in the middle of the studio.
