Informative and helpful.... and that is an understatement

This book was amazing informative and helped to pass the exam to become a certified computer technician. I already knew how to troubleshoot but I had no idea about some of the specifics that the book gave. I never knew that addresses for hardware were so complicated, but the book pointed them out and made it easy to remember what was what.
