Children are best cared for in a nurturing environment, where loving family members can surround them. Our passion is to work with their families and caregivers to help the young ones with special needs recieve excellent care - in the safety of their homes.

Experienced Adult and Respite Care

Some of the many situations that prevent our adult compatriots from independently caring for themselves are age and disease related physical, mental, and cognitive health deteriorations. Caring for such adults safely at home can present many challenges. Getting a matching customized care is pivotal. Fortunately, that\'s where Thrive Health comes in. Our professional care givers have a wealth of experience and the skill at working one-on-one with such adults in their home environment and beyond.

Skilled Nursing Visit

Distinct from Private Duty Nursing, a Skilled Nursing Visit is not a full shift assignment. A patient may receive multiple periodic visits, based on the physicians order and specific care needed.

A registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) will come to the home to administer medications, including IV infusions and injections, wound care and dressing changes, monitoring certain vital signs, along with other similar nursing procedures. and assessments.
