Thrive’s programs are completely customized to you and your personal health and wellness goals. Your nutritional program is based on incorporating a variety of natural whole foods into your diet, reducing/eliminating processed and refined foods, and educating you on proper food combining and portion control to ensure that you are making a true lifestyle change that you will enjoy and be able to maintain long term.

Your program duration is also customizable, with 6, 8, 12 or 24 week programs available depending on your needs and goals.

Steph will provide you with the daily online guidance, support and motivation along with the knowledge and accountability to keep you on track as you embark on your health and wellness journey. Together we will get you to where you want to be!

I contacted Steph for guidance mostly to get my blood glucose under control and secondly to lose some weight, which is a difficult thing to do when as a Type 1 Diabetic, it is all about the carbs! When I contacted Steph looking for help I received so much more…. Nutrition and lifestyle consults with Thrive health & wellness

INITIAL CONSULT + ASSESSMENT (1 HOUR)

Let’s chat and get to know each other while we complete the client assessment form together! In the initial consult, we’ll discuss your current lifestyle and eating habits, your goals and any health concerns that you may have. We will also address your questions and concerns and ensure that you are confident and excited to make some positive changes! I will review your client assessment form and provide you with my initial advice, feedback and suggestions along with some recipes and tips for healthy eating via email with 2-3 days of our initial visit. Please note the initial consult and assessment is included in the online program fee if you choose to sign up.

FOLLOW UP VISITS (30 MIN or 60 MIN)

In our follow up visits, we will review your weekly food logs and address any questions/concerns that you may have and also celebrate your wins for the week. We will make sure that you leave our visit feeling empowered and prepared to tackle the week ahead!

Note: all consults and follow up visits will be virtual via Teams. In person/at home visits can also be arranged if you are local to Burlington, Oakville or surrounding areas.
