- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Audio Video Entertainment runs monthly specials for installs so please be sure to ask about our special when you call! Our company runs on integrity, customer service and fair & honest pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start a line of communication with a phone call or email, we'll come out to your home or place of business to give a free estimate then at that point we'd like to schedule a time and date to come out for the installation. Our phone lines are always open even on the weekend. we respond to customers quickly & promptly! Guaranteed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we've been in the business for 15 years, I've been field supervisor & project manager for a few different companies in Georgia until I decided to start my own company a few years ago. Myself and the guy who works with me combine for 35 years of experience! we're extremely knowledgeable about the products and components we sell and Install. Customer service is top priority for Audio Video Entertainment!
