I had a leaking softener (out the overflow hole in the back). I had a plumber out (one of the ‘full service’ firms) who told me I’d have to replace it (for no small sum of course). Softener was only 6 yrs old so I opted for a second opinion. Smitty’s came out immediately. He fixed it, left, and followed up. Ultimately it took a couple trips back, but Jeremy fixed it and offered to credit whatever I spent on repairs towards a replacement if necessary. Excellent experience and a stand up dude!

Jeremy was extremely careful and thoughtful with installing our new water softener system. It was a tight space to begin with, however his installation was seamless. He is extremely personable, hardworking and truly passionate about the work he does. He is very knowledgeable, spent a couple of hours installing the system and even educated us on what to do if x-y-z happens. Overall a great experience. Jeremy came out and installed a water softener I had purchased. The home previously had a softener (before we moved in) but he thoroughly checked all the pipes and connections to make sure they were to code and up to the task. After he very cleanly and professionally installed everything, he walked me through how to use it and answered all my questions. He’s very knowledgeable, I recommend him and would use his services again.

We are a family owned business. We are happy to help and dedicated to quality work. No corporate ridiculousness !!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With water treatment - we just ask for a photo of the unit we are repairing or a photo of where the new unit will be going. With all other services just contact us and we will schedule a time and do the work 👍
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years experience in water softeners, drinking water systems. We also can test water on site or through a lab.
